Product Terms

If you place an order for one or more Products from this Website and any of said Products is out-of-stock or otherwise unavailable, Cosmic Beauty. will, as a courtesy, attempt to contact User once, either via phone, with any phone number provided by User, or via e-mail, with any e-mail address provided by User, to notify User of the unavailability of such Product(s) and to allow User to change the order. If we are unable to speak directly with User via phone or if we do not receive a response to our e-mail, we will remove the out-of-stock products from your order and ship the remaining Products Cosmic Beauty. is not responsible for any delays in shipment for Products that are out-of-stock at the time the order is placed. User may request changes that User would like to make to User’s order by emailing Cosmic Beauty. at info@cosmic-beauty.net. Cosmic Beauty. will make reasonable efforts to change the order in line with User’s request, but does not guaranty that said changes will be made.

Cosmic Beauty. retains the exclusive right to refuse or cancel any orders for any reason it deems. In the event that Cosmic Beauty. has elected to refuse or cancel an order, Cosmic Beauty. will notify User of its election, and if User has already been charged for the purchase, cosmic beauty. will immediately issue a credit to User in the amount of the charge.

Shipping

Customers must provide cosmic beauty with a physical mailing address for delivery of products. After shipping an order customer will receive an automated email stating that their order has been shipped, including a tracking number.

All orders ship within 1-2 business days. This does not include national holidays. All delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Payments

Cosmic Beauty. accepts Master Card, Visa, Discover, and American Express for payments made by standard credit card. User will hold harmless Cosmic Beauty. for any damages or injury caused by delays in order processing or delivery due to declined credit cards. cosmicbeauty. will only begin to process an order after the payment clears for that order. 

We do not ship orders COD, and we do not offer credit terms or accept Net 30 credit accounts. Cosmic Beauty. will only begin to process a purchase order after the written purchase order is received (via e-mail, or standard mail).

Special Pricing

We offer wholesale pricing on select items. No special account signup required. Please check to see if your desired product is offered wholesale. Please feel free to send an email to

Returns

Cosmic Beauty does not have any obligation to allow any returns or issue refunds or store credits unless products are defective, not as described, or the customer receives the wrong product. Refunds for Cosmic Beauty products must be approved using the Cosmic Beauty RMA system. Customers must first receive an RMA before returning any products. If the customer does not apply for an RMA within 90 calendar days from the delivery date, the RMA will not be issued and no returns will be accepted.
